About In His Head
In His Head is a personal awareness project about men's mental health. It exists to make honest conversations feel a little easier, and to remind men that they do not have to hold everything inside.
What this site is
- A place to read and share anonymous experiences.
- An awareness project focused on men’s mental health.
- A calm space designed to reduce shame and isolation.
What this site is not
- Not therapy, medical advice, or a crisis service.
- Not a social network.
- Not a replacement for professional support.
If you need urgent help, please visit the Support page.
This space was created from the heart, not from a boardroom. There is no company behind it, no funding, no sales funnel and no hidden agenda – just a belief that talking can save lives.
Many men grow up feeling they have to cope alone, stay strong, or “man up”. That pressure can be heavy. In His Head offers a quiet corner of the internet where men can share what is really going on – the good, the bad, and the raw – so that others can feel seen, heard, and less alone.
Transparency & disclosure
In His Head is not a charity, company, or funded organisation. It is a personal awareness project with one aim: to encourage open conversations around men’s mental health.
We do not accept donations and we do not provide direct financial, medical, or crisis support.
Our goal is to give men a space to share their experiences – the good, the bad, and the raw – to help others feel seen, heard, and less alone.
Where possible, we share links to relevant charities, helplines, and support services, but we do not represent them and cannot take responsibility for their advice, availability, or actions.
This is a non-profit, awareness-only platform. If you are in crisis or need professional help, please contact a qualified mental health professional, your GP, emergency services, or a crisis support service in your area before relying on anything you read here.
Thank you for being part of this space. Together, we can help make sure no man has to suffer in silence.
